•Top Managers

Øare the small group of executives who manage the overall organization. They create the organization’s goals, overall strategy, and operating policies.

•Middle Managers

Øare primarily responsible for implementing the policies and plans of top managers. They also supervise and coordinate the activities of lower level managers.

•First-Line Managers

Øsupervise and coordinate the activities of operating employees.

Tapi tahu tak bila kita gagal dalam sesuatu tu lagi sakit rasanya dari ditinggalkan ...

Dah lama rasanya x menjenguk blog saya ni ...
Berhabuk2 bersawang2 dah jadinya ...
Berbalik pada tajuk yang di atas tu nak cerita pasal apa sebenarnya ye ...

Bukan semua perkara yang kita nak tu kita akan dapat ...
Kadang-kadang kita perlukan lepaskan sesuatu untuk dapatkan sesuatu yang lebih berharga ...
Mengertilah bahawa hidup ini bukan serumit yang disangka ..
Dan saya cukup kuat untuk mulakan hidup yang baru ...

Pergi la jauh dari hidup ini ...
Anggap la apa yang da berlaku sebelum ni tak pernah terjadi dalam hidup kita ...
